You should not have to book a call to learn a number, so it is here, along with what it covers.

5-8%

of collections

Percentage of collections

5-8%

5-8% of what we collect. This is our most popular structure: our fee moves with your practice's revenue, so it scales down in a slow month along with everything else.

Flat rate

Calculated from your practice's insurance payment history over the prior three months, so the number is grounded in your own claims volume rather than a generic estimate.

Custom package

For practices with unusual volume, multiple locations, or mixed service lines that a standard structure does not fit cleanly.

Bookkeeping and payroll

Flat rate or custom package, the same structures as billing. See bookkeeping and payroll.

Full cycle, not just submission.

The percentage covers a named account manager who owns your account, claim submission, denial follow-up, appeals, and eligibility checks, all handled by a team based entirely in the United States. Nothing is billed separately beyond the rate you choose above.

Questions about pricing.

What determines whether we quote 5% or 8%?

Claim volume, payer mix, and how much cleanup work a practice needs at the start all factor into where a quote lands in that range. A consultation is where we look at your specifics and give you an actual number.

Are there setup, clearinghouse, or monthly minimum fees?

This depends on the practice and the structure chosen. We will walk through exactly what is and is not included in your consultation before you commit to anything.

What happens if a claim is never paid?

Aged and denied claims get worked, appealed, and followed up the same as any other claim in the account. Chasing a stuck claim to resolution is part of the job, not a separate service.

Can we switch from percentage to flat rate later?

Yes. As your practice and your claims history change, your account manager can revisit which structure fits best.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long-term contract is required to work with us.

What does the percentage actually pay for?

It pays for a named account manager who works your account full cycle, submission through appeal, on a team paid U.S. salaries and based entirely in the United States. That staffing model is a fact about how the business is built.
